Order Processing & Preparation

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (same-day or next-business-day processing).
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GST) are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Verification: For security purposes, high-value electronics (such as smartphones, MacBooks, and drones) may require phone or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, delivery takes between 0 to 1 business days depending on your location and preferred delivery method.

1. Dubai Local Express Delivery:

For customers in Dubai, we offer same-day delivery (0 days) for orders confirmed early in the day, or next-day delivery (1 day) standard.

2. Rest of the UAE:

Deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain are completed within 1 business day via our courier partners.

3. Free In-Store Pickup:

You can opt to collect your purchase directly from our Dubai store on the same day during store operating hours.

If your package appears damaged upon arrival or experiences unexpected delays beyond 1 business day, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
